CEO
Jade brings a unique combination of sharp business wisdom and strong commitment to building confidence and leadership skills to her role as Chief Executive Officer and Runway Trainer.
As a trailblazer in the industry world for 20 years, Jade mentored young women and men by encouraging them to find their passion for this industry and take bold career risks to excel. Her vision for empowered businesswomen now carries over into her work on behalf of training models the simplicity of Basic Modeling 101. When not training you can find me either watching a good sporting event or just relaxing on the couch, which these days is very rare. I come from a family of Models past and current, my mother modeled in her younger years and I have 2 nephews and a niece that model currently 2 of whom model for MILO and a sister that does local fashion shows when time permits. Maybe one day we will make it a family affair.
I have always wanted to start my own business but was not sure what direction I wanted to go in, it was either going to be my own Sports Bar or a Modeling Agency so here I am OK?
I have worked with several great people that have helped me mature in this industry, Jim Kelly in Los Angeles said it best when he told me to ’never give up even when you feel defeated and cant see that light at the end of the tunnel’ that holds true when you spend long nights trying to come up with ideas and theme’s for shows the body is saying something different then the mind! Being surrounded by good friends and family has helped me to elevate my dream job as many of them once I shared with them what I wanted to do said “This so fits you and you would be great at it”
I formed a group of women that have the title “Jade’s Divas” not the typical diva that we all know but to be a Jades Diva means much more that most can imagine. It’s a Level each female Model should achieve to accomplish. being a Diva means she is on top of her game, she is confident, beautiful from the inside out and most of all she is a leader one that strives to be an example for those that want to excel in this competitive industry.
In my life the two women that I admire the most are My Mother Lou and my Aunt Mildred, Very Strong women and excellent examples in my life.
Kimberly Privette
Assistant to the CEO
38 year old mother of 3 one of which is an aspiring model. She say’s “I have always been interested in the fashion industry as I began my foray into the modeling world like most teenagers, posing for family photos at family gatherings, as I got older I remember looking in Magazines where I would then spend hours in front of the mirror”.
Also as a teenager she modeled in several fashion shows for local designers and local department stores, but due to unforeseen circumstances, never pursued modeling as a career.
Two years ago she had the great fortune of meeting Jade Hall owner of MILO. “That’s when I was called upon to be the Assistant to Both Jade as well as T Arthur, this has been very challenging as there are many in this industry that talk the talk but can’t walk the walk, this does not proved true with this dynamic duo, they are team players that can and will deliver.
I am a wife and a Mother of 3, I have had to learn to juggle both roles going forward, by doing so I’ve found it to be quite rewarding.
On set you will find me playing many roles, from coaching models to holding reflectors. Enthusiasm, reliability, attention to detail, a broad skill set and commitment to great work are what make me a valuable asset to any project. I am glad to once again be involved in the fashion industry.
I love this Job and as I spend most of it behind the scenes, I will leave being in the “spotlight” to my daughter Amara whom is one of MILO Model Divas.
Prior to joining MILO Models in 2006, Mr. "T", a retired father of 3 and Grandfather of 6, was just enjoying his retirement from AT&T were he worked for 32 years. Mr. T also served 3 years in the Army. He says that by serving in the military made him become strong, diligent and a man of resolution. When approached by Jade Hall, the CEO of MILO, he says he was "drafted" once again, but this time for a different purpose, and it was to fulfill a lifetime dream of his dear friend Jade. Mr. T. has devoted most of his time researching high-fashion models, successful venues, and creating one of the most powerful programs ever for defining excellence in origination. He is the original and premier motivator when it comes to getting everyone on the same page, his leadership training in the modeling industry is phenomenal and a one of a kind.
